High density moulded polyethelyne plastic and foam inserts overlap to eliminate gaps and are contoured to wrap around the thigh and knee for a more complete coverage. Double shield protector is attached above the knee and lower thigh for maximum protection. Wide inner knee padding offers cushioning to reduce the impact of the side knee. The inner section of the knee is covered with synthetic leather for durability, and to provide a non-slip surface. A new, adjustable suspender keeps pads from slipping down the goalkeeper leg.
