About this item
- CAULIFLOWER AALSMEER SEEDS: Very winter hardy with deep and firm white curds. One of the first 'spring' cauliflowers. Good source of vitamin C and folate.
- SOW: April to May, HARVEST: March to April, SPACING: 60cm, PREFERS: Full Sun, SEEDS: 75 Approx.
- SOW INDOORS: 0.5cm deep, in a tray of compost. Water well and place in a cold frame or unheated greenhouse. Keep moist. Seedlings usually appear in 14-28 days. Transplant 5cm apart to other trays when large enough to handle. Gradually accustom young plants to outside conditions (avoid frosts), before planting out 60cm apart when plants are about 10cm tall. Allow 60cm between rows. Plant firmly and keep well watered.
- SOW OUTDOORS: Thinly in a seed bed, 1.5cm deep directly into finely prepared soil which has already been watered. Water well until plants are established. Transplant to final growing position 60cm apart.

The package was here in Australia from England in a few days — so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
