Note: If the water level is low, the pump may be noisy. Consumers must check the impeller inside the pump (see user guide). There may be a small amount of manufacturing debris left in the well. Also, make sure that there isn't an air lock around the impeller. Rock the pump from side to side, under the water, to dispel any trapped air. Try sitting the fountain on a soft mat. If the fountain is on laminate flooring or hard tiles, it may make the fountain slightly noisier than it should be.
