One Cast Iron Traditional Ironbridge Shelf Bracket A strong and elegant shelf support with a simple, arched design. Named after the famous iron bridge located in Ironbridge, Shropshire. Cast from an original Victorian pattern using traditional methods. Perfect for supporting cisterns, sinks or book shelves. These brackets have a beautiful natural iron look with a protective lacquer finish. Price is for one bracket. Dimensions: Height: 180mm (7") Length: 255mm (10") out from the wall Weight: 650g per bracket (approx). Pre-drilled with three holes on the wall side and two holes on the shelf side. Fixing screws included (Please note - different screws may be required depending on load and wall construction.) How they are made These brackets are "sand cast" - the same process used to make the original Victorian brackets. Molten metal is poured into sand moulds formed using an antique pattern. This makes an authentic antique style which is not machine finished.
