Given the name Cast Iron Plant as they will stand neglect. Tolerant of air pollution. Keep cool and frost free in winter. Tolerant of most positions except direct sun. One of the few plants that will thrive in a dark position with little light. Only repot every 5 years as they do not like being disturbed. Water sparingly as these plants do not like very wet compost.We measure our plants from the bottom of the pot to the top of the plant.
