- SOWING INFORMATION: Sow outdoors February to June directly where they will grow. Prepare a fine, loose seedbed. Sow thinly in shallow drills 1cm deep, spacing rows 20–25cm apart. Keep moist during germination. Thin seedlings to 5–7cm apart once established to allow roots to develop evenly.
- GROWING GUIDE: Prefers light, well-drained soil that is stone-free to avoid forked roots. Avoid freshly manured beds. Water consistently to prevent splitting. Keep the bed weed-free and allow space for roots to expand. Harvest June to October when roots reach around 15–20cm. Lift carefully to maintain smooth skins. SEEDS: 1g Approx.
