- POPULAR CHOICE: The Chamaedorea elegans, known as the Parlour Palm is a popular indoor plant due to it's attractive foliage. It has air purifying properties, which makes it an ideal choice for offices and working environments as well as the home.
- SUNLIGHT: This plant likes bright light but needs protecting from full sun to prevent discolouration in the leaves. When mature it produces tiny yellow flowers, from the Spring to Autumn.
- SLOW GROWING: This palm is slow growing but can reach heights of 1.8 metres with it's leaves growing to between 60 and 90 cm in length.
- WATERING: It's important that this plant is watered regularly and a liquid feed is applied monthly. It likes to be grown in well draining soil. In the Winter the soil is to be kept on the dry side.
