Product Description Camlab Water pH indicator test strips which are CE-certified, for pH 4.5-9.0. These strips come as a pack of 100 in a plastic box. These test sticks are for rapid reading of weakly buffered or strongly alkaline pH solutions. These test strips are non-bleeding as unlike conventional pH papers, the indicator dyes use in these Camlab test sticks are fixed to the cellulose fibre pads, which eliminates colour bleeding. This means these can be left in weakly buffered solutions until the final reaction colour is obtained. The test colours on the test sticks are separated far enough apart on the strip so high pH readings can be easily read. These Camlab indicator sticks are made from plastic, enabling better handling. These test sticks are also suitable for use in solutions of low ionic strength. The increments for these pH indicator sticks are 4.5, 5.0, 5.5, 5.75, 6.0, 6.25, 6.5, 6.75, 7.0, 7.25, 7.5, 8.0, 8.5, 9. These are CE-certified for body pH determination from 4.5-9.0 for saliva and urine samples. Directions 1. Rinse the test strip with distilled or deionized water before use. 2. Dip the test strip into the saliva or urine sample for 1-2 seconds. 3. Remove the strip and compare the color on the strip to the color chart provided on the plastic case to determine the pH level. 4. Rinse the strip with distilled or deionized water after use and allow it to dry for future use.
