About this item
- ADJUSTABLE WATER FILLED WEIGHT: Customise your training resistance simply by adding or removing water. Fill the kettlebell to suit your workout and fitness level, with a maximum water-filled weight of up to 8kg, ideal for progressive home exercise and strength training.
- TRAIN AT HOME OR AWAY: Unlike traditional solid weights, this portable kettlebell can be emptied after use for easier carrying and compact storage. A convenient fitness weight for home gyms, holidays, travel, outdoor workouts and anyone short on storage space.
- CHALLENGE CORE AND STABILITY: Water moves naturally inside the kettlebell during exercise, creating changing resistance that challenges balance, coordination and control. Add variety to functional fitness, core workouts, conditioning and everyday strength training.
- VERSATILE FULL BODY WORKOUTS: Use the adjustable kettlebell for a wide range of exercises including kettlebell swings, squats, lunges, presses, carries and other strength and conditioning movements. Train your legs, glutes, arms, shoulders and core with one compact piece of fitness equipment.
- ONE WEIGHT, FLEXIBLE TRAINING: Adjust the amount of water instead of storing several fixed-weight kettlebells. Suitable for beginners and experienced users who want convenient exercise equipment for strength, conditioning, mobility and full body home workouts.

The package was here in Australia from England in a few days — so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
