Product Description Bulk Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate, often referred to as AAKG, is comprised of the amino acid Arginine bound to an Alpha-Ketoglutarate molecule. Arginine is a pre-cursor to Nitric Oxide production, which makes it a popular component of many pre-workout formulas. It is naturally occurring in the diet, and can be found in dairy products, chicken and fish. Binding Arginine to Alpha Ketoglutarate enhances the absorption of Arginine. Indications On workout days BULK POWDERS Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate is ideally consumed 30 minutes prior to exercise on an empty stomach. This should provide you with a 'perpetual pump' leaving you pumped well after your workout. You can take an additional 1 or 2 servings on top of this at any other convenient times.
