If you use the handle as a loop the thickness of wood can be between 3/5-in and 1-1/2-in. If you use the handle as a drawer handle thickness of wood can be between 11/16-in and 1-19/32-in. Extend the screw yourself with a M4 bolt from the department store or shorten it with a saw.
