- BRUSSELS SPROUT RED BULL SEEDS: A highly productive and sought after heirloom variety with attractive tight, purple-red buttons. A wonderful addition to Christmas dinner.
- SOW: February to April, HARVEST: October to March, SEEDS: 50 Approx.
- FOR INDOOR SOWING: WHEN - February to April. WHERE - In trays of seed compost. HOW - Sow thinly, cover with 1.5cm of fine soil. Firm gently and keep moist. Cover tray with glass, polythene or propagator lid. Keep at approx. 13C. Seedlings appear 14-21 days.
- CARE - Remove cover when seedlings appear. Transplant to further trays if necessary. When approx. 10cm tall stand outside for a few days (avoid frosts). Transplant in April to May to final position with 60cm between plants and rows. Firm in well, keep moist and weed free. HARVEST – October to March.
- FOR OUTDOOR SOWING: WHEN - March to April. WHERE - In a prepared seed bed. HOW - Sow thinly in rows 15cm apart. Cover with 1.5cm of fine soil. Firm gently and keep moist. CARE - When 10cm tall transplant into final position with 60cm between plants and rows. Keep moist and weed free. HARVEST – October to March.
