The foldable Proofer accessory shelf creates a second level in the proofer, ideal for sealing two sheet metal pans or four box moulds. Double the capacity of your lunch box. This additional shelf creates a second level in your Brod & Taylor bread protector, so that the fermenter can accommodate two sheet pans or four box moulds. Tin pans should be 37.7 x 30.5 cm or smaller. Loaf tins should be about 7.6 cm high, so the maximum height of rising bread is 10.2 cm. For use with the Brod & Taylor Bread Dispenser & Yoghurt Maker only (sold separately). The frame has fold-out legs. Materials: stainless steel; Care: dishwasher safe.
