About this item
- 【Compatibility】Compatible with most infrared-controlled devices (such as TVs, air conditioners, set-top boxes, fans, and DVD players), and with some brands that use 433 MHz radio frequency (such as curtain motors, projectors, and switches). Does not support technologies such as Bluetooth, Zigbee, Z-Wave, or RF rolling code.
- 【Remote Control and Automation】Use the BroadLink app to control your devices from anywhere. Create personalized scenes, set timers, and automate your home easily. (Make sure you use the latest version of the app, as the old one is not compatible with Alexa.)
- 【Voice control and IFTTT】Compatible with Alexa and Google Home to voice control your TV, STB, Air Conditioner and Fans. Make sure the devices can be remotely controlled from external networks. In Amazon Alexa/Google Home/IFTTT Apps, enable the skill/service named BroadLink, link account and discover devices.
- 【New Features】Supports external Temperature and Humidity Sensor USB Cable (purchase separately), connect it to the RM4 pro, BroadLink App will show room’s temperature and humidity. Note: RM4 pro only supports 5V 1A adapter.
- 【Wi-Fi and Infrared Limitations】Works only with 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks. Not compatible with 5 GHz or mesh routers. The device uses infrared (IR) signals that require a direct line of sight—they do not pass through walls or furniture. Please ensure the RM4pro is placed within a visible range of the IR devices you wish to control, and verify your network compatibility before purchasing.
- 【Please Note】RM4 pro does not support RF Rolling Code control or learning. Before purchasing, please check the user manual to ensure that your RF device is NOT a Rolling Code device. If you are unsure, please provide us with the brand and model so that we can check for you. One-year warranty, 24/7 technical support.

The package was here in Australia from England in a few days — so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
