Isofix insertion aids. Britax Römer offers a 2 year warranty for manufacturing and material defects. The warranty period starts on the day of purchase and only applies if the products have been used according to the instruction manual. Outside of warranty, Britax Römer distinguishes between spare parts that the customer can replace by hand (available here on Amazon) and replacement parts that should be replaced by a trained dealer or Britax Römer itself. Only original spare parts may be used in any case.
