• If a blockage has formed inside the cartridge, please try the following: Press the filter cartridge under water and swivel it vigorously back and forth approx. 8-10 times. We then recommend tapping the cartridge 1-2 times on a firm surface. Repeat this process to remix the filter material and remove the clog. It is entirely possible that the cartridges are slightly moist or that condensation has formed in the packaging.
• This is because our cartridges are steam sterilized after production. After that, they cool down a bit, but the first packaged cartridges are still a bit warm, which causes condensation to form in the film. This has no effect on the condition or expected performance of the filter cartridge. In the same way, no contents of the cartridge can become moldy.
