Bresser Microscope Science ADL-601P 40x-600x with trinocular head attachment, Köhler illumination, Abbe Condensor
About this item
- Professional incident- and transmission type microscope. Magnification: 50-600x
- In the microscope's basis, there are a transmitted light halogen illuminator (20 W) as well as the power supply and the continuous adjustable dimmers for reflected light and transmitted light.
- Both trinocular head attachments function with both illumination modes. They have also the possibilities of photography and binocular visual observation. The inclination of the eyepiece tubes is 30°.
- With the polarization head attachment, the instrument is suitable for knowing something about the internal constitution of materials and for condition monitoring of different mechanical apparatus in the colleges and factory
- The microscope has also the other features, which are typical for high-quality microscopes: fourfold objective nosepiece, lengthwise and cross moveable stage, coaxial focusing knobs (concerning fine drive: 200 µm / full turn), adjustment of eye relief, diopter adjustment and the phototube

Product description
Product Description The Bresser Science MTL 201 is a special incident light microscope that allows viewing non-translucent surfaces at higher magnifications (50x-800x). Ideal areas of application for this very solidly manufactured instrument are metallography (e.g. Grinding images of metals and alloys), mineralogy, precision mechanics, electronics and semiconductor industry; it is suitable for the fields of scientific research and teaching as well as industrial production (e.g. B. Quality control). In line with its purpose, the MTL 201 has a very large object table (250 mm x 230 mm), which can be moved roughly with a handle bar and fine with cross and longitudinal drive. For perfect focus adjustment, coarse drive and fine drive (coaxial; approx. 70 µm/revolution). The incident light illumination by means of a halogen bulb (20 W) with adjustable light intensity is carried out through the lens. A centrable beacon, a selection of filters (yellow, green, blue, matte) and a polarizer/analyzer combination are available to the observer. The 5x revolver is equipped with planachromatic DIN lenses (5x, 10x, 20x, 40x, 80x). The trinocular microscope head carries the 30° inclined eyepiece and the photo tube. The wide-field eyepieces (WF10x) are adjustable in terms of eye relief and dioptre difference. The photo tube allows digital image recording e.g. via an optionally available PC eyepiece. Other optional accessories: eyepiece (WF16x), measuring eyepiece (WF10x), planachromatic lens (50x). The Bresser Science MTL 201 is a special incident light microscope that allows surface examination of metals or plastics. This makes it ideal for quality testing or examination of fabrics. Box contents: microscope Eyepieces (2pcs WF 10x) Lenses (5x, 10x, 20x, 40x, 80x) coaxial cross table Colour filter (green, blue, yellow, matte) Dust cover. Power cord. With the polarization head attachment, the instrument is suitable for knowing something about the internal constitution of materials and for condition monitoring of different mechanical apparatus in the colleges and factory. The reflected light halogen illumination (20 W), which goes through the objective onto the object, can be modified for cial purposes with a colour filter wheel and a polarizer/analyzer combination. The Science ADL 601P is an instrument with an excellent value for money. It has also the other features, which are typical for high-quality microscopes: fourfold objective nosepiece, lengthwise and cross moveable stage, coaxial focusing knobs (concerning fine drive: 200 µm / full turn), adjustment of eye relief, diopter adjustment and the phototube. Optional available, general accessories are the wide field eyepieces (WF10x, WF16x), the dividing eyepiece (WF10x), different planachromatic DIN objectives (e.g. 4x, 5x, 10x, 20x, 40x retractable, 100x-oil retractable), the Abbe condenser (numerical aperture 1,25; with iris diaphragm and auxiliary lens), dark field condensers (dry and oil), immersion oil, the phase contrast set, a field diaphragm (in order to obtain Köhler illumination) and filters (blue, green, yellow, ground glass, polarization).

I wrote to Bigamart's customer support and they accompanied the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.
The package was here in Australia from England in a few days — so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
