The Brecknell 405-LCD 15kg features selectable kg, gram, lb, oz, lb/oz units and a 100% tare feature. A wipe-down plastic cover comes standard to protect the display, keyboard and housing from dust and food particles. Its 100% subtractive tare allows the operator to quickly tare off each ingredient as it is loaded on the scales.
