About this item
- 【Rapid & Even Heating】The BOOROS 3500W portable wok burner features 10 power levels (300W–3500W) and 10 precise temperature settings (80°C–270°C). Its optimised concave design, paired with a 3D heating ring and semi-circular A-grade crystal plate, maximises the heating area for truly even cooking—no hot spots! It’s far more energy-efficient and safer than gas hobs, with no naked flames to reduce burn or fire risks.
- 【Compact & Portable (with 35cm Carbon Steel Wok)】Ideal for caravans, student halls of residence, camping, or compact city kitchens. Measuring just 41.5 x 32.8 x 11 cm and weighing only 4.5 kg (including the wok), this set is built for mobility. The included 13.8" (35cm) carbon steel wok offers professional-grade performance: rapid heating, superb heat distribution, and superior flavour retention. Your all-in-one solution for cooking, frying, or stewing wherever life takes you.
- 【Keep Warm & 24-Hour Timer】Designed for busy lifestyles. The Keep Warm function maintains a steady 300W heat, ensuring meals stay ready to eat whenever you are. The intelligent 24-hour control allows for precise countdown timing or delayed start scheduling (e.g., setting dinner to begin at 18:00 while you’re still at work). Save time, prevent overcooking, and enjoy smarter, stress-free meal preparation.
- 【Efficient Cooling System】Built to last, this induction cooker incorporates two near-silent turbo fans that activate automatically during operation. Drawing cool air in and expelling heat via the rear vent, this system accelerates heat dissipation, prevents internal overheating, and significantly extends the unit’s operational lifespan—ensuring consistent performance for years to come.
- 【Advanced Safety Protection】Safety is paramount. The auto shut-off feature powers down the unit once cooking is complete or if the wok is removed unexpectedly. Furthermore, our Overheat Protection system triggers a safety shutdown if internal temperatures exceed 250°C, safeguarding both your appliance and home from potential damage. Enjoy peace of mind with every use.
- 【Optimised Concave Design】Unlike standard flat induction hobs, the BOOROS concave burner is engineered for superior heat distribution. The curved surface ensures full, continuous contact with the wok base, allowing ingredients to cook evenly throughout—perfect for achieving authentic "wok hei" (breath of the wok) in stir-fries, searing meats, or simmering hearty soups.
- 【Premium Carbon Steel Wok Included】This commercial-grade wok burner comes complete with a high-quality 13.8" (35cm) carbon steel wok. Crafted for durability, it heats rapidly, conducts heat evenly, and excels at locking in nutrients and aromas. Perfect for authentic stir-fries, egg fried rice, or bubbling hot pots—unleash your inner chef and elevate your culinary skills.
