Product description Combined with Bona Craft Oil, or used alone, for improved wear, chemical and water resistance of your floor when heavier traffic is expected. Application tool; Short-haired mohair roller or good quality brush with tightly packed bristles. Bona Hard Wax Oil provides a 'comfortable', natural looking surface through a blend of hardening natural oils and waxes. It makes the surface water and dirt repellent and is designed for the surface treatment of untreated hardwood and other types of wooden floors exposed to normal or heavy wear. Combined with Bona Craft Oil, or used alone, for improved wear, chemical and water resistance of your floor when heavier traffic is expected. Application ; Stir the container with Bona Hard Wax Oil and pour the content into a tray. Apply Bona Hard Wax Oil very thinly using a short-haired mohair roller or a fine brush. Work in small sections and overlap wet-on-wet. Let dry min 6-8 hours*. Lightly abrade the surface using a Bona Scrad Pad and remove the dust. Apply a second thin coat of Bona Hard Wax Oil. Let dry minimum 16 hours before resuming foot traffic. Ensure good ventilation during application and drying Finishing Clean the floor regularly using a dry mop and/or a vacuum cleaner. When needed, wipe off with a damp mop with Bona Soap added to the cleaning water. Note: Always clean using as dry a method as possible. For maintenance and upkeep of the surface use Bona Wax Oil Refresher periodically. As an extended maintenance it is also possible to apply additional layers of Bona Hard Wax Oil. Recoating 1. Degrease and clean the surface with the Bona Deep Clean System. Let dry. 2. Abrade surface with a Bona Scrad Pad or Bona Diamond Abrasives grit 240. 3. Remove sanding dust. 4.
