Ingredients Aqua (Water), Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Ammonium Laureth Sulphate, Phenoxyethanol, Parfum (Fragrance), PEG-120 Methyl Glucose Trioleate, Ethylhexylglycerin, Propanediol, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil, Mentha Viridis (Spearmint) Leaf Oil Directions Wet your hands under warm running water. Apply a small amount of liquid soap into the palm of your hand. Rub your hands together vigorously. Make sure you apply soap and water to all surfaces of your hands for at least 20 seconds and up to one minute. Make sure you rub your palms, the backs of your hands, between your fingers, your fingertips, thumbs, wrists and your nails. Rinse your hands under running water.
