Easy to use and portable Created with the unique Bodylife Beauty UK designer style Tropicanna Flamingo. Easy to Use Instructions 1) Wet your hair and pat it dry with a towel. Apply your chosen conditioner and massage into your hair. 2) Place the cap into the microwave, ensuring it is flattened to allow the heat to be evenly distributed. Heat for 40 seconds. Depending on the individual microwave, you may wish to heat for further 10 seconds intervals, up to 1 minute, to achieve the correct temperature. 3) Place a disposable shower cap over your hair and then the heated Gel Cap on top. (one Sample supplied) Additional Caps available in our shop. This helps keep your Gel cap clean and free from any damage caused by hair products. 4) Leave on your head for 15-20 mins 5) Remove Caps and rinse your hair thoroughly.
