Position the napkin on your underwear with the adhesive strip at the back center. Press down firmly to secure it. Check the fit periodically to ensure it's still secure and in the correct position. Change the napkin every 4-6 hours or as needed, depending on your menstrual flow. For safe and hygienic disposal, use the 'Roll.Press.Go' feature to seal the used napkin inside the wrapper before disposing of it in a sanitary bin. If a sanitary bin is not available, seal the wrapper tightly and dispose of it in a regular trash bin.
