Directions Insert the pad with the adhesive strip facing down into your underwear, centering it at the base of your vaginal opening. Remove the pad by grasping the wings and pulling it out from the front. Change the pad every 4-6 hours or as needed. Dispose of used pads in a trash bin, wrapping them in tissue or placing them in a plastic bag before disposal.
