Jacqueline Schäfer Jacqueline Schäfer graduated in 1989 from the Gerrit Rietveld Art Academy. Her paintings are characterised by clear shapes, bright colours and strongly-defined contours. It creates a pictorial but unrealistic world in which the characters are recognisable and very characteristic. Since 2004, Jaqueline has also created sculptures of her "Strange Birds".
