From the CLASSIC ARMY MEN COLLECTOR SERIES, BMC Toys brings back an iconic set of figures from the Golden Age of Army Men Playsets. This pack of 31 Yellow WW2 US Soldier PLASTIC ARMY MEN is proudly manufactured in the United States and features 17 different figures and a raft. Troops are approximately 1:32 scale, stand up to 2.1 inches tall, and are made from flexible purple color LDPE plastic with good details and a little flashing. Set includes 16 marines in 12 different action poses, 8 seated Marines, 2 Oarsmen, Landing Craft Rubber Boat (LCR), 4 Paratroopers in 2 poses, and instructions for easy to make parachutes from paper napkins and thread. The raft measures 5.5 inches long, is hollow underneath, and even floats on water. These figures were originally produced around 1960 by Louis Marx & Company and were included in many of their famous Battleground and History in the Pacific Playsets. They were also offered in playsets by various companies through the 1980s and 1990s, and later produced in hard plastic for the hobby market. These are excellent troops for a variety of set ups from WW2 to Cold War conflicts. This is a set of real American Made plastic toys, meant to be set up, knocked down, picked up and played with for many years to come.
