HOW TO USE THE ROD? The brass rod fits with the head (wide part) into the adapter before screwing the adapter onto your radiator valve. HOW TO RECOGNIZE A ZENTRA M40 RADIATOR? It's easy: it's written on it! Please note: we sell 2 adapters in M40: this one with a screw thread of 1 mm and another with a screw thread of 1.5. They are not interchangeable. Take a good look at the photos in this ad: - ZENTRA valves have the Zentra mark inscribed on both sides (you may need to remove your thermostatic valve to see it - the screw-point, i.e. the distance between 2 cribs, is only 1 mm. It's the only M40 radiator like that. WHAT DOES PROTOTYPE MEAN? This PROTOTYPE adapter is an adapter designed to meet the need of a single customer: we got the valve specifications from a customer and we built this adapter according to its measurements. We market this prototype to do you a service and allow owners of old radiators to use "smart home" thermostatic valves.
