Product description Our pH Increaser Granules are completely soluble in water and are used to Increase the pH of pool and spa water, enabling a safe bathing environment and to ensure maximum effectiveness of chlorine. These granules are a white granular solid 10-30mesh. Product Application: Test your pool/spa water to establish what the existing chemical level is in your water. Add 500gms of pH Increaser per 10,000 gallons of water in private pools and Spas. Pre-dissolve the granules and add to the pool/spa choosing a period when the pool is not in use, ideally the evening is considered the best time. The pH of your water should be between 7.2-7.6 for optimal bather comfort, with and ideal reading of 7.4. When used in soft water pools the dose rate should be halved to avoid wide swings of pH. Never mix pool chemicals together and always test the water with a reliable tester before use. Directions Test water, pre-dissolve granules, add to pool/spa in the evening, aim for pH of 7.2-7.6, ideal pH of 7.4.
