Product description This product is used to decrease the pH of your pool water. Proper pH control of pool and spa water is essential to eliminate problems caused by pH being too low or high. If the pH is too high the water becomes uncomfortable for bathers. Add this product if your test kit result indicates that the pH is too high. Directions for use: Test the pH of your water on a regular basis. The pH of your water should be maintained between 7.2 and 7.8 with an ideal reading of 7.4. This will allow the most effective use of other swimming pool chemicals. If the reading is above 7.8, add this product at the rate of 500gm per 45m³ Application: Pre-dissolve the granules into 10 liters of water, using a clean plastic container and mix carefully. Slowly pour the solution into the pool water near to the return inlets and rinse container out thoroughly. pH Control To obtain maximum benefit from the chlorine, the pH of the pool & spa water should be maintained around 7.4 and between 7.2 & 7.8 at all times. Above 7.8 the efficiency of the chlorine will be reduced. Directions 1. Test the pH of your water on a regular basis.
