Product description

Blu tack is a great alternative to pins and tape. Clean, safe, and hugely versatile, you can use blu tack at home, in the office, or at school for fixing cards and posters, securing loose items, and even tricky jobs like cleaning dirt from keyboards or fluff from fabric. The uses of blu tack are as unlimited as your imagination Our customers swear by its reliability, dependability and superb performance. They have highlighted that Blue Tac sticks to more surfaces than anything else. Some customers however highlighted that it is not easy to sculpt Blue tac properly. When trying to use it for sticking it is difficult to give it a proper shape. Here is how we suggest you use it: The best way to use blue-tack is to take it between your thumb and forefinger, and to roll it around into a ball, until the heat from your hands melts it slightly and it becomes soft and pliable. Do not roll it too much or it will become too sticky and soft. Squash the blue-tack into a disc shape, press it hard against the corner of the paper/poster/article that you want to stick to the wall/door/ceiling. When you have placed discs of blue-tack in all the corners, press the tacked item against the wall and apply pressure to the tacked corners. When this has been done remove your hand from the tacked item. Some customers are using blue tac to pick dust/bits of fluff/mud/toenail clippings off the floor. We advise you not to do that, as this leads to very dirty blue-tack, which leaves black marks on everything it touches, and also makes it much harder to knead. Normally Blue tac doesn't leave any residue, marking or staining on walls. It is much neater and tidier than cellotape, glue or nails. However there maybe a chance that blue tac could leave behind a mark if the surface has moisture or is prone to heat or high temperatures. It entirely depends on the surface. Original re-usable adhesive. Blue tac provides an ideal alternative to drawing pins and sticky tape.

I wrote to Bigamart's customer support and they accompanied the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.
