- Versatile: whether at home, at work or on holiday: with the Blackroll Hook door anchor for fitness bands, you can train wherever you find a door and some space. The hook is held between the closed door and frame.
- Height-adjustable: depending on the exercise, you can attach the hook door anchor at different heights. For pulling movements upwards, you can attach the door anchor below the door or vice versa.
- Compatibility: the hook has been developed for use with the super band, multi band and resistance band as a resistance band. If you do not have any of our fitness bands, the HOOK can also be used with other resistance bands.
- Includes blackroll mini flow: the mini flow fascia roll has the function of a stopper in the door anchor. Of course, you can also use them for the classic fascia massage, for example to activate the muscles.
