The contact surface consists of ceramic, is hygienic, disinfectable and ideally suited for allergy sufferers. How it works: The ceramic contact surface of bite away is placed on the bite or sting. After activation of one of the two buttons (3 seconds for children* / 6 seconds for adults) a temperature in the region of 51°C is reached for the selected time. If the symptoms fail to disappear completely, treatment should be repeated until no further symptoms are seen. A pause of 10 seconds is to be observed before repeat treatment.
