Product Description Biosmetics Intensive eye pearl tinting kit is the small all in one colour set of intense eye pearl in a handy folding box, satisfies the most intricate needs of professional makeup artists. This exceptional kit is formulated for long-lasting results. Eyelashes seem longer and more voluminous. Pack content: 1 x intensive eyelash and eyebrow tint Graphite (20 ml/ 0.68 fl.Oz.), 1 x intensive Creme developer 3% (20ml/ 0.68 fl.Oz.), 1 x tinting brush, short, 1 x mixing bowl. Directions Mix the Graphite tint and Creme developer in the mixing bowl using the tinting brush. Apply the mixture to eyelashes and eyebrows, following the shape and direction of the hair growth. Leave on for 10-15 minutes, then rinse off with warm water. For best results, use a spoolie brush to comb through lashes and brows during application and after rinsing.
