  • 1) If the red status indicator on the board does not work: When the firmware update operation is completed, the indicator will stop flashing. If the indicator does not flash during the firmware update process, it may be that the firmware name in the SD card is capitalized, please change it to Lower case; or the file system of the SD card is wrongly selected, please set it to FAT32; or there may be a problem with the card slot or chip of the motherboard, please consult us and help you.
  • 2) If the stepper motor is overheated: the drive current may be set too large, please try to reduce the motor current; the drive may not have a heat sink installed, or the heat dissipation work has not been completed, please check the ventilation environment where the printer is located. If the stepper motor does not respond: please connect the main board to the 12/24V power supply; the firmware may be set incorrectly, please update the pre-compiled firmware on our official website.
  • 3) Board does light up, but no power to the fans? The fan of motherboard is a CNC fan. You need to set the fan speed on the display screen for the fan to work normally; check the fan wiring, some fan wiring and the motherboard fan port pin sequence is not the same; if the above content is correct, please contact us, we can identify the problem, and then carry out the warranty service.
  • 4) Got a blank blue screen? The main control chip may be lacks firmware, so the display will be blank. Please try to update the pre-compiled firmware on our official website; if the firmware cannot be updated, please contact us and we will provide you with warranty service; or try to replace the EXP cable, it may be a cable problem.
  • 5) When the heated bed is enabled, the temperature readings bounce around? The R&D department has solved this problem, if the problem still occurs, please consult us and help you.
