Product Description Product Description Britain Silicone Lite is a thin and ultra flexible foam dressing with gentle silicone adhesive. It can be used on a wide range of low exuding wounds and is to be used whenever a thin foam dressing is needed. Britain Silicone Lite combines superior absorption and increased mobility for low exuding wounds including leg ulcers, pressure ulcers, non-infected diabetic foot ulcers, donor sites, postoperative wounds and skin abrasions. When in contact with exudates, the unique 3D foam of Britain Silicone Lite conforms to the wound bed. The fluid handling properties of Britain Silicone Lite ensure optimal control of exudates thus minimizing the risk of maceration and leakage. The silicone wound contact layer provides a secure fit to keep the dressing in place while ensuring minimal pain upon removal. Britain Silicone Lite is a thin, ultra flexible and absorbent polyurethane foam dressing with a semi-permeable, water- and bacteria proof top film and a soft silicone adhesive. The pack contain 10 pieces dressing pads. Measures 12.5 cm length by 12.5 cm width. Directions Clean the wound, remove the dressing's release liner, apply the dressing to the wound with the silicone side facing down, smooth it out, secure it in place, and change the dressing as needed or when it becomes saturated. Be careful when removing the dressing to avoid causing pain or damaging the wound.
