- 15% PURE L-ASCORBIC ACID - GOLD STANDARD VITAMIN C AT CLINICAL DOSE: L-Ascorbic Acid is the only form of Vitamin C with strong clinical evidence for collagen support, skin brightening, and antioxidant photoprotection. At 15% this formula uses the concentration commonly found in premium CE Ferulic serums. Pure L-Ascorbic Acid is the active form and does not require conversion like stabilised derivatives such as sodium ascorbyl phosphate or ascorbyl glucoside.
- THE CLASSIC CE FERULIC TRIO - 0.5% FERULIC ACID + 1% VITAMIN E: Ferulic Acid at 0.5% helps stabilise L-Ascorbic Acid and supports the antioxidant performance of the Vitamin C and Vitamin E combination. Vitamin E (Tocopherol) at 1% completes the antioxidant system. Together the three ingredients help protect skin from environmental stressors and support the effectiveness of the formula compared to single-ingredient Vitamin C serums.
- TRANSCUTOL CG - ADVANCED PENETRATION ENHANCER: Transcutol CG (Ethoxydiglycol) at 3% is a widely used cosmetic ingredient that helps improve the delivery of active ingredients through the outer layer of the skin. It helps enhance the availability of L-Ascorbic Acid within the formula and supports effective absorption. Many standard Vitamin C serums do not include this ingredient.
- pH 3.2 - OPTIMISED FOR STABILITY AND DELIVERY: L-Ascorbic Acid performs best in formulas below pH 3.5. At pH 3.2 this serum is formulated to support both stability and effective delivery. A gradual colour change to light yellow or orange may occur over time as Vitamin C naturally oxidises. Store in a cool, dark place to help preserve freshness. Mild tingling during first applications may occur for some users.
- HOW TO APPLY | 30ml | MORNING USE | ALL SKIN TYPES: Apply 3-5 drops to clean, dry skin each morning before moisturiser and sunscreen. Press gently into the skin and allow about 60-90 seconds to absorb before the next step. Always follow with SPF during the day. New users may start with every other day to allow the skin to adapt. Fragrance-free and suitable for all skin types.
