Indications Muscle aches, joint stiffness, menstrual cramps Directions 1. Plug in the heat pad and select your desired temperature setting. 2. Wait for the pad to reach the desired temperature (less than 10 minutes). 3. Place the heated pad on clean skin. 4. After use, remove the cotton cover and machine wash it at 30°C. 5. Unplug the heat pad when not in use or after 90 minutes of use for safety. Safety Warning Caution: To avoid burns, do not set the temperature too high. Do not leave the product unattended for a long time, as it will automatically turn off after 90 minutes. Ensure electrical safety by following the manufacturer's instructions.
