The Xtreme series tube has been developed in collaboration with underwater experts to provide high performance when immersed. A team of Miflex 2 technicians analyzed the weaknesses of the low pressure pipes currently in use and developed solutions that led to the birth of the Xtreme series. Xtreme tubes are characterised by an outer nylon braid that is designed to be abrasion resistant. The patented double braid system also guarantees protection against UV rays and thus provides additional safety when ageing. Unlike conventional hoses, the nylon braid of the Xtreme hose is not paved, but braided directly onto the pipe and fastened at the same time with stainless steel or brass bushings. The result is high performance and durability in extreme situations. When you tie a knot on the Xtreme hose, the airflow remains constant. The Xtreme hose also achieves a higher burst pressure than the traditional hose. The nylon braid that guarantees the wallet not only guarantees excellent abrasion resistance, but also helps to reduce possible losses in emergency situations, thanks to the natural tendency to close holes characteristic of the print expiration drawing. Production is entrusted to fully automatic lines designed and built in-house and whose planning was paid attention to quality and quality, which are executed automatically. The most demanding lines manage to perform more than 30 checks on each tube. Not all compliant products are automatically removed from the same production line.
