A team of Miflex 2 technicians analyzed the weaknesses of the low-pressure pipes currently in use and developed solutions that led to the creation of the Xtreme series. Xtreme hoses feature a nylon outer braid that resists abrasion. The patented double braid system also provides protection against UV rays and thus provides additional ageing resistance. Unlike conventional hoses, the nylon braid of the Xtreme pipe is not suitable, but is braided directly on the pipe and fastened to it by means of stainless steel or brass sockets. The result is high performance and durability in extreme situations. If you make a node on the Xtreme tube, the airflow will remain continuous. The Xtreme tube also achieves bursting pressures of more than twice as much as conventional tubes. The nylon braid that covers it, in addition to excellent abrasion resistance, helps to reduce losses in emergency situations, thanks to the natural tendency to close the holes, which characterizes pressure tracking. The production is entrusted to the fully automated lines designed and built internally, in the design of which great importance has been given to quality controls, which are carried out automatically on 100% of production. The most demanding lines perform more than 30 checks on each individual pipe. All non-compliant products are automatically discarded from the same production line.
