Double braid Polyurethane inner tube 100% tested Chrome Brass Fittings The Xtreme series tube has been developed in cooperation with experienced divers to offer high performance during diving. A team of Miflex 2 technicians analyzed the weaknesses of the currently used low-pressure pipes, coming to develop solutions that led to the birth of the Xtreme series. Xtreme tubes feature an outer nylon braid designed to resist abrasion. The patented double braid system also guarantees protection against UV rays, ensuring further safety to aging. Contrary to traditional tubes, the nylon braid of the Xtreme hose is not fitted, but is braided directly on the tube and fixed to it by means of stainless steel or brass sockets. The result is a high performance and durability in extreme situations. If you tie a knot on the Xtreme tube the airflow remains continuous. Xtreme pipe also achieves bursting pressures of more than double of traditional pipe. The nylon braid that covers it, in addition to ensuring excellent abrasion resistance, helps to reduce any leakage in emergency situations, thanks to the natural tendency to close the holes, which characterizes the pressure tracing. The production is entrusted to fully automatic lines designed and built in-house, in the design of which great importance has been given to quality controls, which are carried out automatically on 100% of production. The most sophisticated lines run more than 30 controls on each individual tube. All non-compliant products are automatically discarded from the same production line.
