Double Braid Polyurethane inner tube 100% tested Chrome plated brass fittings The Xtreme series tube has been developed in cooperation with experienced divers to provide high performance when diving. A team of Miflex 2 technicians analyzed the weak points of the currently used low pressure hoses, developing solutions that led to the birth of the Xtreme series. Xtreme tubes feature an outer nylon braid designed to resist abrasion. The patented double braid system also guarantees protection against UV rays, ensuring additional safety when aging. Unlike traditional hoses, the nylon braid of the Xtreme hose is not fitted, but is braided directly onto the tube and attached to the tube by means of stainless steel or brass sockets. The result is high performance and durability in extreme situations. If you tie a knot on the Xtreme tube, the airflow remains continuous. The Xtreme hose also achieves burst pressures of more than twice the traditional hose. The nylon braid that covers it, in addition to ensuring excellent resistance to abrasion, helps to reduce possible leakage in emergency situations, thanks to the natural tendency to close the holes, which characterizes the tracing under pressure. The production is entrusted to fully automatic lines designed and built in-house, in the design of which great importance has been given to quality controls, which are carried out automatically on 100% of production. The most sophisticated lines run more than 30 checks on each individual tube. All non-compliant products are automatically discarded from the same production line.
