Double braid polyurethane inner tube 100% tested chrome fitting fittings The Xtreme series was developed in collaboration with experienced divers to provide high performance during collaboration. A team of Miflex 2 technicians analyzed the weaknesses of the low-pressure pipes currently in use and developed solutions that led to the emergence of the Xtreme series. Xtreme tubes feature an outer nylon braid that resists abrasion. The patented double mesh system also provides protection against UV rays and thus provides additional safety against aging. Unlike conventional tubes, the nylon mesh of the Xtreme tube is not fit, but is braided directly onto the tube and attached to it using stainless steel or brass bushings. The result is high performance and durability in extreme situations. When you tie a node to the Xtreme pipe, the airflow remains continuous. The Xtreme tube also achieves a burst pressure of more than double the conventional tube. The nylon braid it covers, in addition to ensuring excellent abrasion resistance, helps to reduce losses in emergency situations, thanks to the natural tendency to close the holes that characterize the tracking under pressure. Production is entrusted with fully automated lines that are designed and built internally, with great emphasis on quality controls that are carried out automatically at 100% of production. The most demanding lines perform more than 30 tests on each individual tube. All non-compliant products are automatically discarded from the same production line.
