Double Braid Polyurethane Inner Tube 100% Tested Chrome Brass Fittings Xtreme series tube has been developed in cooperation with experienced divers to offer high performance during theimmersion. A team of technicians from Miflex 2 analyzed the weaknesses of the low pressure tubes currently used, developing solutions that led to the emergence of the Xtreme series. Xtreme tubes feature an outer nylon braid designed to resist abrasion. The patented double braid system also s protection against UV rays, ensuring additional safety against aging. Contrary to traditional tubes, the nylon braid of the Xtreme tube is not fitted, but is braided directly on the tube and fixed to the same by means of stainless steel or brass sockets. The result is a high performance and durability in extreme situations. If you tie a knot on the Xtreme tube the airflow remains continuous. The Xtreme tube also achieves burst pressures of more than twice the traditional tube. The nylon braid that covers it, as well as ensuring excellent abrasion resistance, helps to reduce any leakage in emergency situations, thanks to the natural tendency to close the holes, which characterizes pressured tracking. The production is entrusted to fully automatic lines designed and built internally, in the design of which has been given great importance to quality controls, which are carried out automatically on 100% of production. The most sophisticated lines get to perform more than 30 checks on each individual tube. All non-compliant products are automatically discarded from the same production line.
