Double braid Polyurethane Inner Tube 100% Tested Chrome Messing Fittings The Xtreme series has been developed in collaboration with experienced divers to provide high performance during collaboration. A team of Miflex 2 engineers analyzed the weaknesses of the low-pressure pipes currently in use and developed solutions that led to the creation of the Xtreme series. Xtreme pipes have an outer nylon braid that resists abrasion. The patented double braid system also provides protection against UV rays, providing additional safety against aging. Unlike conventional pipes, the nylon braid of the Xtreme tube is not fit, but is braided directly onto the pipe and fastened to it by means of stainless steel or brass sockets. The result is high performance and durability in extreme situations. If you tie a node to the Xtreme pipe, the airflow remains continuous. The Xtreme tube also achieves a burst pressure of more than twice the conventional tube. The nylon braid that covers it, in addition to ensuring excellent abrasion resistance, helps to reduce losses in emergency situations, thanks to the natural tendency to close the holes that characterizes the tracking under pressure. Production is entrusted with fully automated lines designed and built internally, designed with great emphasis on quality controls that are carried out automatically at 100% of production. The most demanding lines perform more than 30 tests on each individual pipe. All non-compliant products are automatically discarded from the same production line.
