This includes easing headaches, aches and pains, sore throats, unblocking nasal airways, reducing fevers and helping with fatigue and drowsiness so that you can get on with your day. The paracetamol helps bring down a fever and reduce aches and pains and headaches, while phenylephrine, a decongestant, helps reduce swelling in the passages of the nose so you can breathe more easily. Added caffeine helps fight drowsiness, helps you to carry on with your day. By using a Benylin product that can help relieve some of your symptoms, you can help your body to rest and recover. Both colds and flus are caused by viruses and cannot be treated with antibiotics, but you can ease the symptoms of colds and flus – and that’s how Benylin can be of help. Dosage: Adults and children 16 years and over: 2 tablets every 4 - 6 hours, as required. Do not take more than 8 tablets (4 doses) in any 24 hour period. Do not exceed the stated dose.
