- BELLFLOWER WILDFLOWERS SEEDS: A hardy perennial, flowers the year after sowing. Ideal for dry borders and heavy soils. Good for wild areas, attracts bumblebees.
- SOW: March to May, August to October, FLOWERS: July to September, SPACING: 30cm, HEIGHT: 80cm, SUNLIGHT: Partial Sun, SEEDS: 250 Approx.
- SOW INDOORS: For surest results, in trays of compost. Cover very lightly with fine soil. Water well and place on a warm windowsill. A temperature of approx. 20°℃ is ideal. Seedlings appear in 14-42 days. Transplant seedlings 5cm apart to further trays when large enough to handle. (Always handle by a leaf, never by the stem.) Gradually accustom young plants to outside conditions (avoid frosts) before planting out 25cm apart.
- SOW OUTDOORS: In a seed bed, cover very lightly with fine soil. Keep moist and weed free. Thin seedlings to 5cm apart before planting out to flowering positions in spring or autumn, spacing 25cm apart.
- Note: Native grown seeds, not taken from the wild.
