The Nordic Jet from Beco is designed to support aqua fitness. It can be used in the rehabilitation of water gymnastics after injury. Designed to create water resistance to improve strength and endurance and help you with coordination and balance. Ideal for aqua-Nordic walking (a water-based exercise that trains your entire body like Nordic walking on land). Stability - The water flows through a funnel-shaped cone in the hollow handle, collects into a jet and then flows out through a second funnel. The running water stabilises the direction of your arm movements and allows your arms to move evenly through the water. Water resistance - When you push the Nordic Jets through the water, it creates a resistance that makes you work harder to move them through the water. This improves muscle endurance, flexibility and coordination. The two cones are different sizes and the handles have massage nodules that allow you to massage your hands during exercise.
