Ingredients Hydrogenated Palm Kernel Oil, Carnauba, Hydrogenated Coco-Glycerides, Candelilla Cera, Rhus Succedanea, Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Sorbitan Tristearate, (+/-Silica, CI 77499, CI 77492, CI 77491, CI 77891) Directions Apply with preference to eye liner shape around eye. Recommended to pull lids with index finger to create a smooth surface to apply liner close to eyelashes. This can be done with either a closed or half open eye. Line darkness can be chosen through the pressure of application. Safety Warning For external use only Box Contains 1 x BWC Soft Kohl Pencil
