They are molded by heating them up in a hot or boiling water and then placing them in the mouth to form. 2- Spray your regular tooth brush with the accelerator spray and brush your teeth for 60 seconds 3- Place a line of whitening gel on the inner front surface of the tray and spread it around the surface. Repeat with second tray. 4- Insert whitening trays in the mouth over the teeth. 5- Place the LED light in front of your teeth for as long as the treatment lasts. 6- Wear the trays for 20-35 minutes. Do not exceed 1 hour per application. 6- After completion of whitening session remove the trays and rinse off your teeth.
