PreserVision Original Soft Gels are rich in zinc, which supports normal vision and also helps to protect cells from oxidative stress. Oxidation is a normal part of ageing but certain behaviours, such as smoking can speed up the oxidative process, which is known as oxidative stress. Ingredients Ingredients: Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); Vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate); Bovine gelatin; humectant: Glycerol; Soybean oil; Zinc oxide (zinc); Vitamin A (beta-carotene); emulsifier: Soybean lecithin; thickeners: Beeswax yellow, Silicon dioxide; Cupric oxide (copper); colours: Iron Oxides and Hydroxides. Safety Warning Recommended Daily Intake: Adults take one soft gel capsule twice daily, once in the morning and once in the evening with a full glass of water during meals.
